Rules & Regulations for Olympiad Examination

  1. General Guidelines
  • The Olympiad is conducted to assess students’ academic knowledge, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Participation is open only to eligible students as specified by the organizing authority.
  • Registration must be completed before the announced deadline.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify the examination schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
  1. Registration
  • Registration forms must be completed accurately.
  • Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration.
  • Schools and participants must verify all submitted details before final submission.
  1. Examination Rules
  • Students must carry a valid school identity card or examination admit card.
  • Candidates should report to the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Late entry may not be permitted after the examination begins.
  • Electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators (unless specifically allowed), and other communication devices, are prohibited.
  • Any form of cheating, impersonation, or malpractice will result in immediate disqualification.
  1. Online Examination (If Applicable)
  • Students must ensure a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
  • Webcam and microphone access may be required for online proctoring.
  • Any attempt to manipulate the online examination system may lead to cancellation of the examination.
  1. Conduct During the Examination
  • Candidates must follow all instructions given by the invigilators.
  • Talking, exchanging materials, or disturbing other candidates is strictly prohibited.
  • Rough work should be done only as instructed by the examination authority.
  1. Evaluation & Results
  • The decision of the examination committee regarding evaluation and results shall be final.
  • No request for re-evaluation or rechecking will ordinarily be entertained unless announced by the organizer.
  • Results will be published through the official website or other authorized communication channels.
  1. Awards & Certificates
  • Certificates will be awarded to all eligible participants as per the organizer’s policy.
  • Merit certificates, medals, trophies, and scholarships (if applicable) will be awarded based on performance.
  • Awards are non-transferable.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Participant information will be used only for examination-related purposes.
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with the organization’s privacy policy.
  1. Cancellation & Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or disqualify a participant for:

  • Providing false information.
  • Violating examination rules.
  • Using unfair means.
  • Misconduct or disruptive behavior.
  • Any action that compromises the integrity of the examination.
  1. Organizer’s Rights
  • The organizing authority reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the organizing authority shall be final and binding.
